Job Description:
To add to our dynamic team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager. You will be in charge of managing the creation and implementation of our technical products in your capacity as a technical product manager, making sure they satisfy our clients' demands and complement the goals of our business.
Responsibilities:
♦ Define the product vision, strategy, and road-map based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
♦ Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
♦ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define product specifications.
♦ Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
♦ Monitor product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
♦ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
♦ Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
♦ 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
♦ Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, APIs, and cloud technologies.
♦ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products throughout the product lifecycle.
♦ Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
♦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
♦ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable.
♦ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.'
