Job description
Responsibilities
- Conducting Meetings with the Forums, Boards & Conference
- Organizing monthly Forum Meeting
- Recording Minutes of the meeting
- Planning and organizing Events / Summit for the Forum focusing on current trends and technologies
2. SPOC for Major Conference
- Formation of OC & SC
- Call for Papers Submissions & Management
- Managing Call for Papers portal for reviews and author notifications
- Planning Program Agenda
- Selling Exposition Stalls
- Assisting Sponsorship campaign and following up with sponsors for successful execution of promised deliverables
- Vendor Management & Event Registration Activites
- Promoting Delegate Registrations
- Organizing TechHive Roadshows
- Follow-up with Speakers of the Conference
- Support Magazine Publications
3.Other Administrative works as assigned by the SAEINIDA
Qualifications: Any Degree
Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Adaptability, Social Media, Leadership etc...
Salary : 17K to 25 K (Depends on the experience)
