Design and Improvement: Assist in the design and modification of mechanical components to enhance equipment performance and efficiency. Work closely with senior engineers to contribute ideas for continuous improvement of mining machinery. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Participate in safety audits and contribute to the development of safety procedures. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs. Create reports and documentation related to equipment performance and reliability. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mining engineers, and maintenance crews, to optimize overall mining operations. Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights on mechanical aspects of the mining process. Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest advancements in mining technology and equipment. Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong academic background with a focus on mechanics, thermodynamics, and machine design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
