Description: Your primary objective will be to drive customer value by employing modeling, data sourcing, and transformation techniques. Collaborating closely with core technology and architecture teams, you'll craft strategic data solutions. Key responsibilities include: Developing advanced AI and ML models to address complex challenges. Engaging in data engineering and algorithm optimization. Spearheading research and innovation initiatives. Providing technical leadership and project management expertise. Requirements: Given the depth of expertise required, we seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in AI/ML. An ideal background includes a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics. Proficiency in data structures, modeling, and software architecture is essential, alongside strong communication skills. Preferred technical skills include: Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch. Expertise in Python and/or R programming. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and their AI/ML services. While not mandatory, experience in the following areas would be advantageous: Natural Language Processing (NLP). Contributions to published AI/ML research. Deployment of AI/ML solutions into production environments. Knowledge of containerization technologies.
