Job description
A SuccessFactors Architect is a senior-level consultant who designs, implements, and supports SAP SuccessFactors solutions. SuccessFactors is a cloud-based human resource management system that covers various aspects of employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, performance, learning, compensation, and succession. A SuccessFactors Architect is responsible for understanding the multiple team's business needs, translating them into functional and technical specifications, configuring and customizing the SuccessFactors modules, integrating them with other systems, and ensuring the quality and performance of the solution.
Responsibilities - Lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions for the organization across different modules & functionalities.
- Work with the multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze the business requirements and map them to the SuccessFactors functionality.
- Provide guidance and best practices on the SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Develop and document the functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals for the SuccessFactors solution.
- Configure and customize the SuccessFactors modules according to the specifications and preferences.
- Integrate the SuccessFactors solution with other SAP and non-SAP systems using various methods, such as APIs, middleware, or data migration tools.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the SuccessFactors solution.
- Provide training and support to the end-users and administrators on the SuccessFactors solution.
- Manage the project scope, timeline, budget, and quality of the SuccessFactors solution.
- Collaborate with other SuccessFactors consultants, developers, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of the SuccessFactors solution.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, implementation, and support.
- Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Succession.
- Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors functionality, configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Proficient in SuccessFactors tools, such as Provisioning, Admin Center, Report Center, Integration Center, or Metadata Framework.
- Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems using various methods, such as APIs, middleware, or data migration tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to travel as required by the project.
