About the role:
We are looking for Associate Manager, FP&A to join our team. This role will be based in Bangalore, India office reporting to the FP&A Manager - Product Cost. This position will provide support for Operations and manage many key forecast processes. Business FP&A is the team that reports to the CFO and manages all Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modelling for the company.
What you will do:
- Responsible for reporting actual and forecast of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- New SKU management by partnering with NPI team and updating cost forecast for more accuracy
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
- Work closely with management and business operations team to get the SKU level, site level and Region level forecast
- Provide monthly COGS updates to management team
- Monthly variance analysis with the management reporting actuals
- Work closely with Cost Controllership team and to check the top SKUs cost roll up in ERP
- Lead monthly Shipment mix meeting with business partners
- Develop, deliver quarterly and monthly executive analysis and reporting packages.
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of cost of sales
- Maintain and improve financial forecast models in excel.
- Support Senior Management Team and operational heads with in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations to Corp Finance, Business Partners, and Senior Management Team to explain financial results of the organization
- Other ad-hoc FP&A tasks and analysis as necessary.
Who you are and what you bring:
- 5-10 years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Bachelor's in Finance or other Business related major.
- MBA, CA/ICWA preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insights
- High level of initiative and works well in a cross functional team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to change.
- Strong Excel modeling required.
- Experience with financial systems required and Anaplan a plus.
