Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, external vendors, and cross-functional departments to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and materials. Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Content Creation and Management Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as blog posts, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand guidelines. Maintain an organized library of marketing materials, ensuring easy accessibility for internal teams. Digital Marketing Assist in the management of digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and identify opportunities for brand promotion and customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and optimization opportunities. Event Coordination Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Collaborate with event vendors and manage logistics, including booth setup, materials, and promotional items. Support post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback, analysing ROI, and recommending improvements for future events.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting Compile and analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the marketing team. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
