Job description
- ServiceNow is a growing platform within Reckitt used by multiple business lines
- As part of the high performance ServiceNow platform team of Reckitt, the role of the Platform Manager is executing the platform strategy by driving the roadmap execution deriving full value of the ServiceNow platform per the entitlements
Key responsibilities of ServiceNow Platform Manager:
- Defining platform strategy and roadmap, managing platform backlog
- Participate in managing the overall ServiceNow platform tooling (including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and operational capability in conjunction with all the relevant processes, controls including ITIL, GxP, SOX, EPM, GDPR etc.
- Accountable for the Platform Demand Management process.
- Understand the demands, identify the best solutions working with the platform architects.
- Work with the demand requestors to elicit the requirements also the engineering teams for end to end delivery.
- Defining and validating technical requirements by using different elicitation, requirements management, and testing approaches/techniques.
- Leverage knowledge of platform technology to create implementable solutions collaborating with the Platform Architects.
- Owns the platform services catalog on ServiceNow the Platform Catalog on SharePoint.
- Oversees the platform administration BAU operations with the vendor.
- As a core member of the Reckitt platform team, contribute to the Reckitt platform strategy to ensure Reckitt fully leverages the features per its entitlements.
- Be a thought leader drive independently some of the strategic platform areas - Eg: platform health, compliance of ServiceNow systems, integrations, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, data, access and tooling policies etc.
- Strong individual who can collaborate with senior stakeholders within
- Reckitt, influence other product line roadmaps enable the right things for Reckitt.
- Drive effective design and solution sessions by having good knowledge of Design Thinking, experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, SOAP, RESTful API, etc.), and UI/UX.
Functional:
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle - especially agile ways of working
- Should have exposure to the product-platform ways of working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes. ITIL4 - practical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Manage change - introduction of new ways of working, processes, features etc. effectively.

Technical / Professional Qualifications :
- Active ServiceNow CSA, ITSM Implementer
- B.E. / B. Tech. or MCA (required)
