1. Manage onsite waste management operations including waste flow quality of waste waste processing.
2. Logistics/fleet management
3. Record any near misses incidents and accidents in database and ensure corrective actions to
prevent recurrence
4.Allocate work to Field Staff and manage workload
5. Meet clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and adjust processes if required
6. Understand contract requirements in coordination with Project Managers
