Customers love Shvasa's take on Yoga and we are growing rapidly in the US and Canada. To take care of this rapid growth and maintain our high customer satisfaction, we are looking for customer success executives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Shvasa Yoga's products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order management, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the principles of Shvasa Yoga and promoting a positive and accommodating image to customers.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of yoga principles and Shvasa Yoga's offerings to provide personalized guidance and support to customers on their wellness journey (This would make you excellent at the job)
• This job will require you to work night shifts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support or a related role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer support platforms and tools.
• A genuine passion for yoga/fitness and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
