We currently have 60+ centers across 40 different cities with a total of 40,000+ learners. We are helping the learners crack the IIT-JEE and NEET examinations and build a strong force of future Engineers and doctors. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient backend systems. Architect solutions to address complex technical challenges and drive innovation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap. Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of extensive experience in backend development. Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable backend systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and caching solutions. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
