SCCMJTOOLS JD AND R&RJob Description: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator is responsible for Design, Imaging , Deployment and Patch Management.Roles & Responsibilities:Roles:Role of SCCM Administrator, need to deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a wide range of models, maintain configuration Infrastructure healthy and up to date, maintain the baselines and prevent configuration drift and work with all other teams in the business to achieve the requirements. Responsibilities: Good verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required. Ability to implement/upgrade SCCM. Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations. Ability in leveraging the technology to create business value and become more effective and efficient. Work with project managers and peers to understand and solve challenging technical problems. Work closely with different support teams to address reactive challenges by enabling proactive monitoring. Administrative tasks from the Configuration Manager console SCCM Hierarchy health check and troubleshooting critical sites and components issues. Creation of query-based collections as per the requirement and deploying applications patches. Patch management by using SCCM (Security Updates). Generation of Queries and Reports through SCCM. Distributing through SCCM and troubleshooting the issues. Clients push installation and Troubleshooting. Creating packages, programs and deploying software(s) to clients. Troubleshooting distribution point issues. Application creation, deployment, and troubleshooting. Working on SCCM Client Inactive/No status machines and troubleshooting various issues on SCCM Client. Patch remediation for both client & server side to increase the compliance in the environment. Finding the root cause for deployment failures and coordinating with support team. Preparing weekly meeting reports for clients regarding the various deployment status. Planning & Executing Office 365 and Windows 10 Servicing on yearly. Removing stale devices in the Infra on a periodic time frame. Create, Manage and Maintain monitoring parameters and notification rules. Report generation based on technical/business requirements. (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
