Contract implementation and administration. In depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation. Detailed knowledge of current market operated commercial terms and practices. In depth knowledge about wind project construction cycle, vendors, and pricing structure and other commercial terms Responsible for overall project Budget, expenditure and tracking. Payment processing as per milestones and ensure budget control. Good legal acumen and exposure to legal terms of the contract is required Behavioral Attributes Process excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing system / procedures and planning / managing resources / preparing MIS report for analysis.
