• Deliver the connected Data as a Platform to accelerate access to integrated and trusted data at scale across the company for analytics and resolutions.
• Embed core data and analytics capabilities, guiding to automation, AI, and Big Data to boost client resolution intelligence.

The Data Change & Communications Manager supports the Senior Data Change and Transformation Manager playing a crucial role in facilitating and communicating Data as a Platform (DaaP) initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing multiple global Data & Analytics Change & Communications initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills with active listening and strong visual storytelling.

• Proven experience of creating effective consistent messages, developing, and maintaining targeted communication driving engagement and education and using analytics to assess the impact.

• Strong proven experience in creating Power Point presentations, video animation and editing. Proficiency in Microsoft communication channels, specifically Teams, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organise global virtual events, Town Halls, workshops, and activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members to problem solve and to use communications as an effective way to drive simplification and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, executives, and external partners.
• Team-player who is an initiative-taker with the ability to work independently.
