Seeking a talented
Technical Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft technologies and a background in the airlines domain to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key projects for our organization, focusing on the implementation of Microsoft technologies tailored to the unique needs of the airlines industry. You will lead a team of at least ten professionals, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and schedule. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, specifically focusing on Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, .NET, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and more. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project delivery and objectives. Effectively managing resources and mitigating risks together with timely delivery and technical mentoring of the team. Adherence to processes and be able to adopt to any changing thereof. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management through regular meetings, reports, and presentations. Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and dependencies in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying relevant insights to enhance project outcomes and drive business value. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, preferably within the airlines domain. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams of at least ten professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to drive project success. - Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.Job tags
