We are also the AI partner of choice for CII, ICC and NASSCOM.Job Overview : As the IT Drill Master at Ripik, you will play a pivotal role in managing the deployment of our Ripik Vision platform across our esteemed Fortune 1000 clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and adherence to deployment protocols.Responsibilities : - Oversee the deployment of Ripik Vision platform across multiple Fortune 1000 clients.- Manage relationships with clients up to VP levels, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.- Ensure strict compliance with Ripik's deployment checklist and protocols.- Serve as the primary interface between clients and Ripik's data scientists and engineering teams, facilitating smooth communication and effective resolution of technical issues.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform with client systems.- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your deep understanding of client needs and industry best practices.Qualifications & skill set : - Understanding Client requirements as Techno Functional Expert.- Must have handled roles of Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Onsite Lead, Client partner, and handled 2-3 clients simultaneously.- Must have managed end to end delivery process & KPI ( requirement gathering, BRD sign offs, Estimation of software configuration & development timelines)- Understanding of estimation of network security requirements in collaboration with Ripik's Engineering team.- Be voice of Customer and present Ripik leadership.- Must have handled Client escalation management, continuous service delivery and Successful project deployments in large-scale enterprises.- Experience of 5 to 10 yrs.- Willing to travel 50% of time in a month.- Good to have-Experience in Manufacturing, computer vision, AI/ML, data warehousing, Cloud deployment.- Should have practiced developer experience in early career.
