Scrum Master (5-7 Years Experience)
Responsibilities: Coach and mentor the Scrum Team in Agile principles, Scrum values, and practices. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum framework and definition of done. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team. Advocate for the Scrum framework and Agile principles within the organization. Track and report on team progress and performance metrics. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement for the Scrum process. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Proven track record of successfully implementing and coaching Scrum in cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. Experience in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics. A passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.Job tags
