Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Coordinate between inbound, outbound and warehousing teams for any operational issues and effective team performance.
- Work closely with the customer, other third party vendor and team for attainment of KPIs.
- Monitoring MIS & KPIs and taking corrective measures in case of non-attainment.
- Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence and 5S for the site.
- Driving process improvement / cost saving / productivity improvement / Kaizen projects.
- Customer Management and working towards increase in customer satisfaction index.
- Monitoring operating cost for the location and ensuring that the designed margins are maintained.
- Regular Process Audit
- Compliance to legal & Statutory norms
- Adequate Training of team
- SLA assessment

Preferred Industries Auto / Auto Equipmen Auto ancilliary Spares Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering/ B.E/ BTech
General Experience Min 4-10 Yrs
Systems/ SAP Knowledge MS Office & Hands on experience with SAP/Equivalent ERP
Any Additional Knowledge MM Module & SD Module, Access
Critical Experience Functional Competency
Adequately conversant with Warehouse Management , Logistics Management ,Procurement activity.
Adequate knowledge of Contract Mgmt & NDA
Should have knowledge of QC tools, Problem solving tools
Adequate knowledge of Packaging Process & Material
Leadership Competency
Exposure to Shop floor/Man management
Should be team leader & Task Oriented
