Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit both customer and internal product documentation, which include operational procedures, release notes, manuals, online help, and other forms of documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Superior oral and written communication skills in standard American English with high attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences as well as for translation into various languages.
Proficiency in MadCap Flare, the Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience working on multi-cultural teams following strict Agile methodologies.
Experience with enterprise-level operating systems including Windows, Linux, and VMware.
Experience with virtualization and hypervisors such as Microsoft Hyper-V, Linux KVM, and VMware ESXi.
Basic knowledge of HTML/XML and CSS.
OPTIONAL, BUT HIGHLY DESIRABLE SKILLS
Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker (unstructured).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver).
Experience with e-learning systems and developing the course content they deliver.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years writing technical documentation and/or developing training materials.
Bachelors Degree in Technical Communication, English with Technical Writing major, or related discipline preferred.
