Job description

Job Description :

- We are hiring for international Customer Service logistics process

Process JD : US Logistics Process, responsible to coordinate between Delivery center & Truck Drivers for the dispatch & delivery of goods

- Monitor and track the movement of shipments, keeping customers informed about their order status.

- Address and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to logistics and order fulfillment.

- No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure, Only Follow up calls.

- Blended process (70% Voice + 30% Email )

Desired Candidate :

- Should have good communication skills

- Should have minimum 1 year BPO Calling exp (preferably voice process)

Transport Boundaries : Dombivali, Thane, Panvel (for early morning & Late night shifts) One side transport Facility available

- Ready to work in rotational shifts & rotational week off (2 offs) transport Facility available

- There are 3 shifts & the Shift timings are as follows : 4am-1pm , 12pm-9pm & on weekends 7pm-4am

Perks And Benefits :

Salary : upto 27k in-hand per month + Upto 10K Shift allowance over and above the salary
