We have urgent requirements of Manager Finance & Accounts for Mumbai Location.
Job Location - Mumbai
Experience - CA required with 7 -10 years' experience post qualification
Salary - 12 to 15 LPA
Educational Qualifications: CA
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts Functions
• Preparation of standalone/ consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
• Responsible for the daily and recurring operations of the accounts department and the preparation of required financial statements
• Fund Management – Raising funds and managing the same. Liaise with banks and financial institutions
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with the statutory provisions applicable including GST Law, Income Tax act etc.
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely audits and reports to Management Committee
Budgeting
• To prepare annual financial budgets and present them to the management
• Ensure that budgets prepared are adhered to with minimum cost runs
Management Reporting
• MIS reports
• To provide the financial data to carry out financial analysis of operations so as to assist the management to take corrective actions wherever necessary
• Generate detailed MIS for all finance related details for presentation to the company board and senior management.
