Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and digital marketing strategies
- Proposal preparation and tender participation.
Roles And Responsibilities - The candidate will be responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Business Development, sending quotation, negotiation and closing deals, traveling, and meeting prospects and existing clients.
- Ensure that client's demands are captured, understood, agreed, and delivered which creates a positive perception to the client.
- Identify and target potential markets both domestic and international.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
