Job description
Must have expertise in Architectural Design, Project Management, Land purchase and Government Liaison
Must have command over Gujarati language - Speak, Write and Read
Must have worked with any Architectural consultant for minimum period of three years
Involved in multi-disciplinary projects like Hospitality, commercial, retail, Real estate, industrial, healthcare, institutional etc. (Minimum 1-2 projects of each)
Knowledge of all statutory norms & compliance pertaining to design finalization & on-site execution.
Must have thorough knowledge of all utilities planning & its integration with Architectural design.
Co-ordination with all stakeholder & presentation skill to senior management.
Functional Area Expertise:
a. Knowledge of Procurement to Payment Cycle, including concepts of capitalization, FAR, etc.
b. Knowledge of tax exemption schemes, e.g.. DSIR benefits, EPCG, Custom benefits, etc.
c. Experience of handling department/ divisional audits
d. Collaboration and coordination with inter and intra vertical departments to execute the tasks.
Analytical:
Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret drawings, Land data, Government documents etc
Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point
Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
