Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor (Study Abroad). The person in this role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing student counseling, career counseling, communicating with students, providing customer service, and supporting students with their education needs. The role requires the candidate to be located in Kochi.

Qualifications

• Strong student counseling and career counseling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with students and their families
• Interest in Education and a desire to help students navigate the admissions process
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling or related field
• Prior experience in education counseling, international admissions, or study abroad programs is a plus
• Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus
