About The Role As we look at implementing a new CoE Model to help deliver ERP changes to our Supply Chain Portfolio, we seek a team of experienced and talented individuals to help shape the future of the CoE model.
The position is part of Haleon's CTO organization within our ERP Service Assurance & Operations function and reports to the Director – ERP Service Operations role.
The Lead – ERP CoE – Supply Chain is the most senior Individual Contributor (IC) and excels through in depth technical knowledge of SAP Supply Chain products within the processes in Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and Planning for Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries.
Role Responsibilities - Experience in designing, configuring and deploying complex SAP Supply Chain Projects, including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements.
- Works with Supply Chain users communities globally to guide and advise on the delivery of SAP changes for Supply Chain in the capacity of a Tech Business Partner for SAP changes.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Capable of leading in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
- Contributes to their team or domain meeting goals through successfully leading and consistently delivering on projects of highly ambiguous scope, high complexity and critical business impact.
- Manage a team of 15+ Partner resources in a CoE model, including forecasting effort, budget management, demand pipeline management, Project Delivery leadership and Quality of Delivery.
- Proactively gives technical and strategic feedback on projects relevant to their expertise that leads to better outcomes.
Why you Basic Qualifications: - 17+ years of relevant experience in SAP consulting with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, specifically Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Labeling, PP, PM,QM etc
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Project management with specific focus on managing outsourced Tech Partner teams in delivering SAP Supply Chain Projects, with expertise in Project Delivery Methodologies like Agile & Waterfall.
- Experience in designing, configuring and deploying complex SAP Supply Chain Projects, including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements.
- Certifications in SAP Supply Chain in SAP ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SCM, SAP WM, SAP PP , SAP QM and SAP PM
Preferred Qualifications: - Can effectively manage relationships across the Business Community and IT Partner based delivery teams.
- Can clearly and confidently articulate risk of technical problems to non technical stakeholders (e.g legal, compliance)
- Communicates effectively when representing CoE to external stakeholders (e.g auditors, regulators, third-parties, or industry groups) when appropriate
- Can effectively track, manage and address issues in delivery of projects in scope to ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality criteria.
- Actively and regularly offers well considered contributions to the roadmap of their team or business area. Fosters effective collaboration between product, business and operations team.
