Job description
Job Description 1. Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, document management systems, collaboration sites, and business process automation workflows. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose technical solutions that leverage SharePoint capabilities. 3. Develop custom web parts, page layouts, and master pages using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other development tools. 4. Implement and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata to support business processes and information management requirements. 5. Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Flow, or third-party workflow tools to automate business processes and streamline workflows. 6. Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365 applications, CRM systems, ERP systems, and custom line-of-business applications. 7. Develop custom solutions using SharePoint APIs, RESTful web services, JavaScript, jQuery, and other programming languages and frameworks. 8. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. 9. Troubleshoot and debug issues in SharePoint solutions, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for preventive measures. 10. Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices in SharePoint development, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs. 11. Document technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. 12. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, IT administrators, and other stakeholders as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) are a plus. 2. 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Office 365. 3. Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint REST API. 4. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities, as well as best practices for SharePoint development and customization. 5.
