Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves inputting updating and maintaining accurate data in our systems focusing primarily on projects that involve handwritten texts in Swedish and French. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills proficiency in MS Word and Excel and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Verification:
- Accurately input data from handwritten texts in Swedish and French into the company s database.
- Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors correcting any incompatibilities and ensuring output is consistent and accurate.
Document Management:
- Scan file and manage documents effectively ensuring all data is stored securely and is easily accessible for future reference.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Validate the accuracy and integrity of data entered and generate regular reports for quality assurance purposes.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilize MS Word and Excel efficiently to organize format and report data.
Communication:
- Collaborate with team members to gather and interpret datarelated requirements.
- Communicate effectively with superiors and peers providing regular updates on the status of data entry and any issues encountered.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting handwritten texts in Swedish and French.
- Excellent typing skills with a speed of 25 to 30 words per minute.
- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Language(s).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to Graduates and NonGraduates.
