Job Brief
We are currently looking to hire a CRM Manager to join our company and implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers. As a 'Customer Relationship Manager' you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
Job Description:
- Maintaining relationships & to coordinate with existing and new clients.
- Generating reports for Upper level managers.
- Maintaining a database of customers for follow up.
- Taking customer complaints to upper management when necessary.
- Helps in developing new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
- Suggesting new methods to address customers' needs.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.
Key Requirements:
- You have a Masters or Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- CRM/SAP Based Working Preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Keen interest in business analytics.
- Knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Must have good computer skills. ( Microsoft office)
- Strong hold on MS-excel/Google Sheet should be comfortable in working with formulas.
Preference:
- Fresher or Experience both can apply (Experience in Sales, Customer services, Relationship manager).
- Freshers will be required to go through a 1 month training period.
