Company Description Merak Hotels & Resorts is a premium hotel brand that started operations in 2021 with a 47-key resort in Bhimtal and a brand new 42 rooms resort at Corbett National Park. The resorts have set benchmarks for superior services and great value. Our goal is to own and operate a chain of 15 premium hotels and resorts within the next 5 years.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located at our Corporate Office in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing reservations, coordinating with the sales team, providing excellent customer service, training the reservations team, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Reservations and Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales skills with a customer-centrist approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field

Graduates with a minimum of 2 years experience in hotel management systems such as PMS, POS & and channel manager ONLY NEED APPLY.

Fluency in multiple languages, and experience handling revenue management and inventory control will be an added advantage. Candidates, with a drive to grow their careers in Sales and marketing and willing to travel extensively, will be given priority.
