Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Robust - unleash the best within you located in Vadodara. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field Experience in sales and/or marketing Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively market products and services Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams to improve performance and achieve goals Experience in market research and analysis in order to identify trends and opportunities Capacity to launch and manage social media and other digital marketing campaigns Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field Experience in B2B sales Background in the technology sector Track record of exceeding sales goals or metrics Fluency in multiple languagesJob tags
