Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Type: Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities - Mandatory · Responsible for the quality control of all the phases involved in avionics modules development and manufacturing. Including component procurement, inspection, testing, wire harnessing and integration. · Design of test plan, execution of test plan and test report documentation for electronic / electrical modules and products. · Hands on experience in operating testing with power electronic equipment, Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, multimeter, LCR meter and functional generators. · Use and maintenance of testing lab and associated equipment calibration and maintenance. · Participate and lead team activities in continuous improvement, problem solving, Lean, Six Sigma projects, etc. · In charge of functional and environmental testing for various avionics modules. · Regular interaction with vendors for PCB assembly, testing and quality assurance. · Involve in design and development of firm ware along with designer for avionics modules. · Participate in development of QMS, to achieve top-class reliability for the products · Knowledge of EMI/EMC product testing as per relevant standards.

Essential competencies and skills: · Graduate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering/Post-Graduate in Power Electronics · 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aerospace/Defense. · Good Communication skill and to articulate effectively

Desired but not mandatory:

· Hands on experience in process planning Inspection plans, PFMEA, Control Plan and Gauge R & R. · Experience in carrying out Reliability Analysis, Failure Analysis & Effect Analysis. Familiar to FMECA, DFMECA and similar techniques. · Good knowledge of MIL STD 461 and IPC – 610-A standards · Good knowledge in AS-9100 and NADCAP procedures · Good knowledge in QMS and AS9100 Documentations · Lead, train and develop a product quality engineering team that will work on APQP, PPAP, FAIs, NC closure and audits. · Hands on experience in operating testing and analyzing equipment's, Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, multimeter, LCR meter and functional generators. · Good communication and articulation skills – both written and verbal. · Deep understanding of Quality analysis (RRCA, Fish bone, 5 Why etc..) and must have demonstrated effective implementation.
