Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Sales Staff will play a pivotal role in ensuring the daytoday operations of the store delivering exceptional customer service managing daily operations and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Interact with customers understand their preferences and build lasting relationships.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Customer Service and Experience:
- Provide a memorable and positive customer experience.
- Store Operations and Maintenance:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the store ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Key Risk Inventory Management:
- Implement measures to minimize inventoryrelated risks.
- Cash Management and Security:
- Handle cash transactions securely and contribute to the stores security protocols.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Franchise Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on store performance to franchise management.
- Brand Ambassadorship:
- Act as a brand ambassador embodying the brand values and promoting them to customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Wellversed in multiple languages (preferably Kannada English Hindi and Tamil).
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
