We are looking for a (Senior) Manager for our Professional Services team. You will be leading our India-based team and working alongside the Professional Services team, broader Customer Success organization, Network team, and Product teams to scale the team and processes to tremendous success You will be responsible for close collaboration with your global counterparts and for implementing best practices, tools and culture to help scale the team, leveraging global standardized processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a team of project managers, integration consultants and managed services reps
  • Operate assigned book of business; ensure successful project delivery for assigned customer portfolio
  • Perform week-to-week and day-to-day resource administration and provide reporting on utilization, resource forecasting, and budget forecasting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team is working with global counterparts in a unified way to deliver customer delight in a sustainable way.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders within Customer Success, Support, Network and Product & Engineering to drive results and unblock issues
  • Partner with Global Professional Services leaders, Sales and Finance to design, implement and manage forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting processes for the CoE services team.
  • Identify process improvements within current workflows, and work with relevant stakeholders to champion and implement improvements.
  • Drive adoption of all set global best practices within CoE team
  • Assist with launching new program implementations, by partnering with PS and Product teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Manage escalations and maintain clear communications with global stakeholders to foster successful customer outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a skills matrix of the PS team.
  • Foster delivery excellence and champion p44's values and guiding principles throughout the entire team.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in:
    • Professional Services Operations
    • Process Improvement
    • 4+ years of people/team management experience
    • Experience in working for a multinational software or technology company
  • A background in Supply Chain is a definite asset
  • Experience with SAP (APO or LBN) a definite asset
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Office 365, JIRA and project management tools
  • Be able to overlap some hours with our global teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
  • Responsible for managing multiple ongoing project teams; very strong organizational skills required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required
  • Some travel might be required
  • In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office minimum of three days weekly
