Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at GOGAGA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in the fast-paced travel industry, with the goal of promoting and selling our holiday packages. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in recruiting and building a sales team is a plus
- Knowledge of the travel industry and holiday destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and create new business opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Understand customer needs and holiday packages to meet their requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and deals
