Customer Service Excellence Specialist

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of customer-centricity and ensuring the highest standards of customer service across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service excellence.
• 2. Conduct regular training sessions to empower team members with customer-centric skills.
