Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at our Jalandhar location for an Online Business Manager. The Online Business Manager will be responsible for managing e-business operations, overseeing sales, implementing project management processes, and providing virtual assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-business management and project management
- Strong sales and business management skills
- Virtual assistance and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the foodservice industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
