Job Summary:

Drive & Lead the Sales of Electrical Engineering Software Solution E&I Electrical Designer for defined International market.

Job Description:

1. Candidate will be responsible for driving Electrical Software E&I Electrical Designer Business in specified international market starting from sales calling, enquiry generation, technical demos, order closure and handling account after sales. 2. A deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies for driving & achieving sales targets. 3. Handling online enquiries, downloads, generating leads and enquiries, new business leads and opportunities from specified International Region - Development of the prospect pipeline through identification and focused research. 4. Candidate will need to work very closely with marketing team members to support in marketing activities. 5. Finding qualified large companies and key people in the assigned region (International Market). 6. Effective verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and customers. 7. Candidate may be responsible for more than one territory and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal business / order targets. 8. Staying up to date with latest electrical software industry trends. 9. Competitor Analysis & Positioning against them. 10. Ready to drive & achieve sales target.

Required Skills / Abilities:

1. Technical knowledge of Electrical Sector. 2. Prior sales experience in Electrical Engineering Software Industry is preferred. 3. Effective verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and customers. 4. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. 5. The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve sales performance. 6. Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.) 7. Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point. 8. Able to present business achievement in weekly meetings to senior management.
