What will you do? Responsible for business development for all specialty chemicals manufactured by Quaker Houghton Implementing quarterly, Half Yearly and annual sales programs, plans, and policies for the product segments Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback To ensure to deliver financial performance budgets assigned for the business segment assigned for the assigned customer accounts. Monitoring & implementation of strategies including customer mapping, Business opportunities mapping, competition data gathering, Competition activities, market segment knowledge, Customer relationship management, thereby meeting Long term goal oriented growth for Quaker Houghton Establish Value selling & ensure professional business relationship engagement with assigned se of customers Management of new opportunities, including routine contact i.e. discern service concerns, forecast future activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities through sales pipeline management and CRM. Identify, analyze, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective customers. Continuous improvement of sales & service levels to assigned key accounts, meeting their demands, requisites on time & work on overall work efficiency improvement. Detail understanding of Value based selling techniques & demonstrating at Customer end. Relationship building at higher level at top key Customers & ensure regular meetings with them. Ensuring to meet the guidelines of the organization through proper Code of conduct, professional behaviors at every levels of interactions, communications (internally & externally) thereby building the Quaker Houghton Brand value in the market place, ensuring a good, safe, principled, ethics oriented Work Place Sales Territory – PAN India with assigned key accounts

What are we looking for?

With around 15-20 years of work experience, preferably in MW fluids or Cutting tool industry. Bachelor degree (preferably Mechanical or chemical) or equivalent Understanding of B2B business and comfortable with Value selling concepts. Have good understanding & knowledge of local market dynamics & preferably geography and customer base. Aware of Value selling concepts & willingness to sell premium products
