We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate UX Design Trainer to join our team.
Role Overview:
As our UX Design Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering a comprehensive curriculum designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of UX design and guide them through to more advanced concepts. Your role will involve teaching practical skills and theoretical knowledge, preparing students for successful careers in UX design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver a curriculum that covers the end-to-end UX design process, from research and user personas to prototyping and user testing.
2. Adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to students with varying levels of experience and from different backgrounds.
3. Provide hands-on training in UX design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.
4. Evaluate student work and progress, offering constructive feedback and personalized support to promote their development.
5. Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX design to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.
6. Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
1. Significant experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
2.Prior experience in teaching or training, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
3. Proficiency in current UX design software and tools.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and development.
5. A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
