Job description
We are looking for an experienced Devops Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with our other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Candidate should be well versed with Building tools(Maven and Graddle), Container and orchestration Technologies like (Docker and Kubernetes), Monitoring tool Prometheus/Grafana/New
- Relic/Splunk/Terraform, SDLC automation technologies (Git, TeamCity/Jenkins, Artifactory).
- Understanding Unix Systems Administration like Red Hat OpenShift is a plus point.
- Candidate should be able to manage Production pipeline with strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, assure is a secondary factor but a plus addition to it.
- DevOps Engineer who can work around the tools.
- Vulnerability checks in Jenkins.
- Code coverage in Jenkins
- Candidate must have basic understanding right from building the application till the final cluster deployment.
- Jenkins set up and executing.
- Scheduling Cron jobs
- GCP trained while hands on with any cloud provider platform is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Google terminology and associated tooling (e.g. GitHub Actions and Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build to automate build deployments.
- Excellent knowledge on artifact repositories (e.g. Artifactory for cloud, Image repos, secure config paths, cloud security vaults etc.)
- Experience with deploying in complex environments and liaising with multiple teams like CloudOps, CISO, Network engineering, Database engineering etc
- Good understanding of private cloud Firewall rules.
- Hands on with Kubernetes and Kubernetes cluster management.
- Docker Image building
- Helm Chart packaging
- Knowledge of Cloud asset capacity planning.
- Knowledge on SQL Linux shell scripting is preferred.
