Your responsibilities will include:
Handling hybrid marketing for business growth.
Assisting marketing campaigns and distribution of advertising material in online and offline channels
Creating social media content & design Strategy
Excellent content and copy writing skills
Participate & promote Flourish during imp events like store opening, exhibitions and more.
Be a part of the sales team during busy times and help in customer management.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients.
Maintaining sales data.
Liasoning with external agencies and vendors.
E-commerce portal management
Working closely with the founder on the brand's administrative needs
Maintaining day to day transaction, bill payments & Raising invoices
Various excel entries for operational & administrative needs
Working on Inventory Management
There would be a 6 months lock in for this position. The scope of work will expand as our brand grows and evolves. Thus, we require an intern who is agile and excellent at building relationships.
Other skills and requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Google drive, basic AI usage
- Eagerness to learn new tools & skilll sets that are important for Marketing & Operations
Lock-in period of the tenure : 6 months after 1 month of probation.
On-site work : Mahalaxmi / Bandra
No of hours per week : 25-30 hours
Compensation : Excellent Pay
