Job description
Principal needed in an International school.
The respective candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience working as Principal. Should have worked as Principal in a school with International Curriculum (IGCSE / IB). Preference to someone who has extensive experience in IGCSE and is very well aware of IGCSE norms. Should be a Post Graduate and B.Ed. Role (Majorly defined as but not restricted to) Wellbeing and Safety Ensuring for Students and Staff Learning and Embedding Quality Empowering teachers to focus on Quality Learning. Leadership and Development Leading school with Vision Empathy and Integrity Vision and Strategy Marketing Admissions and Communication Commercial Success and KPIs Partnership with Parents Carers and Community Desired Competencies / Skills Leadership and Collaboration Learning and Getting Better Outcome Driven and Resilient Community Focused Approach Integrity and Ethics Planning and DecisionMaking Diversity and Inclusion Strategical Commercial and Financial Awareness
