Job Title: Internal Auditor

Work Location : Pune

Qualification: CA

Job Responsibilities:

• Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and timebound manner.
• Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes.
• Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
• Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage.
• Engage effectively with auditees on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow-up of action plan.
• Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review.

Pre-requisites:

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit of a large manufacturing organization, preferably automobiles and exposure to plant functions.
• Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills.
• SAP Knowledge and practice.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, other Data analytics and auditing tools will be an added advantage.
