Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air-Hostess to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As an Air-Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as an Air-Hostess or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle long flights
• Proficient in multiple languages is a plus
• Fashion and modeling experience is desired
• Front office or guest relations experience is a plus
• Hospitality service experience is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights
• Greet and welcome passengers on board
• Assist passengers with their luggage and seat assignment
• Provide a thorough safety briefing before takeoff
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Administer first aid and emergency procedures when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment
• Collaborate with the cabin crew and pilots to ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive flying experience for passengers
