Job description

We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager to join us and achieving sales and collection targets for Automotive Refinish Paints in Uttar Pradesh.

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
2. Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion.
3. Further develop business in the area by winning new B Class bodyshop
accounts.
4. Manage service requirements of body shops and key customers in the area.
5. Planning & Forecasting
6. Managing Team of Sales & technical (including contract)
7. Maintain relationship with
8. Responsible for IDS & DSO
9. Responsible for over all business development in defined area.
10. Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities

Key requirements:

MBA / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering, He should have to 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales role. Should have exposure in industry like Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile. Should be able to cover large area. Area: - Entire UP excluding NCR.
