About The Role The Global Total Rewards Team at Enphase is looking for an extraordinary talent to innovate, design, and scale international benefit programs to support our EMEA team and expansion. This hands-on technical role is an ideal fit for a candidate that has a strong analytical, data modeling and business analyst background. Preferred candidates will have experience designing, developing, and launching international benefit programs with excellent stakeholder relationship management experience.
What you will be doing
- Evaluate and modify existing benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement new benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current and evolving legislation.
- Effectively communicate with brokers, vendors, stakeholders, and clients all Enphase benefit program requirements and changes.
- Advance record keeping and reporting experience with Workday, Microsoft Office suites, project, and stakeholder management.
- Prepare accurate budgets, reports, presentations, and documentation; facilitate informative and interactive meetings.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to HR team on benefits program details of assigned region.
- Gather and document business requirements of new initiatives or changes to existing processes and procedures impacting Benefits.
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on rewards strategy, benchmarking, and employee feedback cycles.
- Supports broader Total Rewards team as assigned.
Who You Are And What You Bring - A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in supporting and implementing EMEA benefit programs in a corporate role, bachelor's degree required.
- A solid Benefits professional and highly motivated self-starter who thrives in benefits program management and continuous improvements.
- Moves with a high sense of urgency, is creative and flexible in dynamic growth-oriented environment.

- Works proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timelines in a fast-paced global team.
- Advance ability and attention to details, problem solving, and strong organizational skills.
- Advance Excel knowledge for running analysis and audits.
- Advance written, oral communications and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual abilities a plus.
- Advance skills with enterprise collaboration and stakeholder management operating with high level of business acumen.
- Demonstrated experience in progressively responsible roles.
- Supported at least one end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefits OR Workday Absence a plus.
