Location : Noida sec 64 Mode of work - Work from Office Working days : 5 The standard workweek comprises 6 days (Monday to Saturday). You will have Fixed day off on Sunday and one additional day off per week, to be determined based on the applicable roster.

ROLE PURPOSE: The Visa Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Visa Centre, ensuring the efficient processing of visa applications and adherence to immigration regulations. This role involves managing a team of Visa Officers and coordinating visa services.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team Leadership: Supervise and provide strong leadership to a team of Visa Officers, fostering a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service excellence in visa processing. • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Visa Centre, including meticulous document verification, comprehensive application assessment, and courteous and informative applicant interactions. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure unwavering compliance with both local and international immigration regulations and policies across all divisions, staying updated on evolving legal requirements. • Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively coordinate with relevant authorities, government agencies, and consulates to facilitate visa processes, establishing and nurturing productive relationships. • Complex Cases Management: Expertly handle complex visa cases and escalations, demonstrating sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions, including issuing visas when required. • Performance Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor the performance of the Visa Centre team, meticulously tracking processing times and key metrics to enhance efficiency and accountability. • Compliance Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the Compliance Team to ensure that all visa processes are in strict alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring transparency. • Professional Development: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for Visa Officers, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. • Process Enhancement: Continuously lead efforts to improve visa processing procedures, enhance customer service standards, and implement best practices to ensure a consistently high level of service.
