Role And Responsibilities Vatatree Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Market Research to join our team. The AGM will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day business operations, monitoring the competitive landscape, and making strategic recommendations. Responsibilities will also include defining and executing the strategic business plan, preparing presentations for stakeholders, and planning and tracking the annual calendar for sales, marketing, and other business functions. Additionally, the AGM will contribute to strategy, pricing, and profitability initiatives, oversee local data compilation and statistical publications, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support hiring, training, supervision, and mentoring of team members. The AGM will be expected to positively represent the organization by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in market research and business strategy. A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
