Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Team Lead at finonn. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day team management, training, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, client engagement, and developing effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Experience in project management and delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Financial expertise and knowledge of loan processes and regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is preferred
• Should have knowledge in Personal Loan is mandatory.
