Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Sales Specialist to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India. As a Project Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our electronic security and surveillance products. The role requires a strong understanding of government projects, Enterprise Projects, Home security, PSU,channel sales, and distribution sales. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in project sales, specifically in the CCTV, electronic security, and video surveillance industry. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the CCTV, electronic security, and video surveillance industry
  • Strong knowledge of government projects, channel sales, and distribution sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Knowledge of video management systems (VMS) and CCTV technologies
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as required

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and engage with government agencies and project consultants to generate leads and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Provide technical and product knowledge support to customers and partners
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure successful project implementations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electronic security and surveillance technology
